Yellow peach and apricot are not the same kind of fruit at all. They are completely separate varieties. Although both belong to Rosaceae, one is Peach and the other is Plum.

Apricot belongs to the genus Apricot of Rosaceae, deciduous trees, terrestrial, hairless plants. Leaves alternate, broadly ovate or oval, plum subfamily plants, both of which belong to different genera of the same family, not the same kind of fruit. It is distributed in Xinjiang.

How to Select Yellow Peach

1. Weighting

The weight of a pinch of peaches and the heavier feel indicate that the peaches are full and juicy.

2. Look at the size

Medium size is the best. Peaches with large nuclei are likely to crack, which will affect the taste.

3. Touch peach hair

First feel the peach's fur, if it feels hard, it means that the original peach is very fresh; too soft yellow peach may rot, it is better to choose the peach with higher hardness, it can be put for two days. Mature peaches should not be preserved. If you want to keep them for a longer time, you can't choose soft peaches when you buy them.

4. Look at the colour

5. Look at the surface

6. Smell
