How to Cook Shiitake Mushroom and suggested Recipe


1.   Steamed Shiitake Mushroom Tofu

Ingredients: 300 grams of tofu, 100 grams of fresh mushrooms, 20 grams of dried shiitake mushrooms, 15 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of sugar, 4 grams of salt, 10 grams of sesame oil and 5 grams of corn starch.

Practice:

Cut tofu into cubes and hollow out the center.

Chop shiitake mushrooms, mustard, sugar and saline starch into fillings.

The stuffing is brewed into the tofu center and steamed on a plate.

Sprinkle with fragrant sauce and soy sauce.

 

2. Chicken soup with shiitake mushrooms

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of salt, 0.5 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, 300 grams of chicken leg, 30 grams of Shiitake mushroom, 10 grams of jujube and 1 piece of ginger.

Practice:

300 grams of tofu, 50 grams of lean pork, 8 shiitake mushrooms, 2 red peppers, scallions, ginger, garlic, salt, old sauce, pepper powder, sugar, monosodium glutamate, vegetable oil

Practice:

Cut tofu into square pieces and fry it in a pan until golden on both sides. (It can also be exploded)

Peel the shiitake mushroom and cut it into four pieces; cut the chili pepper into sections.

Cut scallions, ginger and garlic slices, thin meat slices.

Put some vegetable oil in the pot, heat it and stir-fry the shredded meat.

Stir-fry ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant. Add tofu slices and stir-fry.

Add chili pepper and mushroom cubes, add salt, sugar, pepper powder and sauce.

Add a bowl of water (preferably high soup), simmer until the juice is concentrated, add a little MSG and stir-fry.


4.   Roasted Shiitake mushroom with Black Pepper
