How to cook?
First, peel and clean the edamame, then boil some hot water in the pot. When the water is boiling, put the edamame in and blanch them. It will be picked up in about a minute. Remember that it must be boiled and ironed, not cold water. Then the diced meat is slightly marinated with starch, soy sauce, cooking wine and pepper.
