How to cook:
Oven: Pre-heat oven on Bake to 450 degrees F. Places on a non- oiled baking sheet and bake for 13-14 minutes until golden brown.
Deep Fry: Set deep fry temp to 350 deg F and pre-heat. Once oil has reached temperature place fish portions into oil for 2-3 minutes until batter is golden brown.
Serving Suggestions: Makes a great sandwich on a gluten free roll or bun, with sliced tomatoes, onions, etc. Or place a fillet in a corn tortilla with salsa, chopped lettuce or cabbage, chopped onions with a squeeze of fresh lime.
